We have some exciting news that we’d like to share with you! As you may know, our Board of Directors recently conducted a search for our next Executive Director.
We are pleased to share that after a solid search process (thorough applicant screening, interviews and reference checking) the Search Committee, in unanimous agreement, offered the Executive Director position to Karel Sahlberg, effective July 1.

Thanks for helping us welcome Karel & Stefani to the Thrive Team! We are confident that they will both do an incredible job of leading Thrive forward in this next chapter and will continue keeping Lake Chelan valley youth at the center of all decisions as we all partner together to serve, empower and advocate for Chelan and Manson students.
We look forward to executing our onboarding plan this summer which will help ensure a smooth transition for all involved.
