Kylie and her husband relocated to the valley from the midwest, after an exciting opportunity arose for him to join his sister and brother-in-law working at their winery. Prior to moving here, Kylie worked as an esthetician, living in Portland and San Diego. After returning to school to complete a bachelor degree in Health Administration, she worked at the Mayo Clinic and private practice medicine. She joined Lake Chelan Health in 2018 and supported the administrative team and Board of Directors.

In 2019, Kylie and her husband welcomed a beautiful baby girl, and they can’t imagine raising their child in a better community. Currently, Kylie works remotely for a healthcare consulting group supporting organizational alignment and goal-setting.

On joining Thrive, Kylie states, “I feel a strong calling to support my community. Thrive provides a pathway to nourish our youth and offer a safe network for growth and awareness, which is critical to building confidence and life skills. I am thankful for this opportunity to impact the future of our youth.”
