Please join us for Festival of Trees this Saturday, December 7th at Campbell’s Centennial Ballroom. Thrive Chelan Valley and HDCA are beneficiaries of funds raised from this community auction event.
There are a few changes to the event this year. This will be a FREE community event…no tickets are necessary to come enjoy the fun. We hope that you will join us!
Here is the rundown on the events for Saturday:
From 9am-5pm, all of the beautifully decorated trees, wreaths and tabletop decorations will be on display for the public at Campbell’s Resort where there will be a Silent Auction for the decorations.
Beginning at 3:00pm, the community is invited to a free, live concert by the Becky and Ray Hardiman Duo.
At 4:30pm, light appetizers will be served and a no-host bar will be available for attendees.
Starting at 5:00pm, the silent auction will go live and all bidding will close at 6:00pm. The Hardiman Duo will continue to play music until 7:30 for all guests to enjoy.
Thrive Chelan Valley will have a tree with ornaments available for purchase to support specific Thrive programming that directly benefits kids in the valley. Thrive’s beautifully decorated, Rae Dunn inspired tree will also be up for auction on Saturday.
